The City of Spokane, City Hall Building fire line entering from Spokane Falls Boulevard has a section of non-conforming iron pipe completing the connection from the public water main in the basement to the doublecheck valve assembly. This scope of work will complete the replacement of the fire line from the potable public water connection to the double check assembly, including the replacement of an old shut-off valve.
