Submit to the attention of Bruce Auerbach @ [email protected] Please address all question in writing to Bruce Auerbach @ [email protected]   Proposal Requirements Please include the following with your proposal: Lump sum base bid Detailed clarifications, exclusions, and assumptions Breakdown of major scope components Confirmation of schedule duration for your work Please clearly identify any exclusions.
