This project consists of the following: 216 Units in 9 Apartment Buildings; 231,618 SF Total Market Gross 4898 SF Clubhouse, 24 Garages in 6 Structures. Includes: 3 Trash Enclosures, Mail Kiosk, Swimming Pool, Playground, Dog Park.   We anticipate a project start in October 2026.   If you have not worked with Pedcor Construction Management/Signature Construction before, we are the captive, in-house construction management company for Pedcor Investments. Pedcor is the developer on this project and will also own and manage it upon completion. As the in-house construction management company for Pedcor, we are not bidding on this project ourselves; it is ours to build whether we like it or not!  Over the last 40 years Signature and Pedcor have developed over 35,000+ multi-family housing units in 21 states.   You will receive an email with a link to a shared folder from Skysite and Procore where you will have the opportunity to view and download the bid documents. Keep in mind that both Skysite and Procore access is sensitive to the specific email it was shared to, so others trying to access the info may not be able to view it until it has been shared with their email as well.  If there are other individuals who need access, please provide their emails to us and we will share the access with them as well.   Please review the Bid Documents, including the Instructions to Bidders, Work Scopes, Bid Forms, drawings/specifications, and all supporting information and documentation. Please provide us with a complete bid related to your scope of work. If it is contained in your Scope of Work, it is expected that you account for it. Incomplete bids, including omitting portions of a scope of work, will not be accepted. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the Scopes of Work.
