Harris provides exceptional comprehensive preconstruction and Construction services to our clients in the Healthcare and Institutional market sectors. We service our clients and specialize in both new ground-up “greenfield” projects as well as intricate renovation projects within fully operational facilities. In either case, M.J. Harris has the trained, experienced staff to carry out the effort and ensure success. Many of our team members are ASHE and CHC certified, and all are well versed in ILSM and ICRA procedures and processes, MEP and special systems as well as safety which is always held paramount and vital for a projects success. Our team of construction experts have successfully completed Healthcare projects of all types including: acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, women & children’s hospitals, behavioral health facilities, oncology centers, MOBs, outpatient surgery and imaging centers as well as emergency departments to name just a few. Since our inception, our teams have built tens of millions of square feet in over forty (40) States and have served as CM/GC on over 750 projects totaling $7.2 billion in Healthcare construction throughout the Country. We have completed projects ranging in size from $150,000 to $150,000,000 and we understand what healthcare providers need in order to provide highest levels of quality, patient-centered care. M.J. Harris currently employs over 120 employees through our three (3) strategic offices with disciplines ranging from administration to safety, preconstruction services, building information modeling (BIM / VDC) and field operations.
