Segmenti is an AI-powered cost segregation and tax compliance platform built for construction professionals and the property owners they serve. We turn construction cost data — budgets, cost codes, change orders, and direct costs — into IRS-compliant MACRS depreciation schedules that accelerate tax deductions by 30–50% in year one. Our Procore integration pulls your project data directly into Segmenti, eliminating manual entry and giving tax practitioners everything they need to complete a cost segregation study without leaving the workflow. We support commercial, medical, hospitality, multifamily, retail, and specialty property types across all MACRS-eligible asset classes. For general contractors, developers, and owners: if your project is over $500K, a cost segregation study likely delivers $150K–$500K+ in accelerated deductions. Segmenti makes that process fast, audit-ready, and fully documented. Powered by Google Gemini AI. IRS ATG Chapter 6 compliant. Integrated with Procore.
