GXC delivers turnkey private 5G and LTE networks purpose-built for environments where public carrier networks, satellite, or Wi-Fi fall short: open-pit mining and aggregate operations, energy facilities (LNG, refineries, chemical, oil and gas operations), data centers, large construction sites, steel manufacturing sites, automotive manufacturing sites, autonomy and robotics, airports, marine terminals, and stadiums and arenas. The Onyx platform combines radios, edge core, mesh backhaul, and a single-pane-of-glass management portal, giving site operators dedicated spectrum, predictable low latency, and coverage engineered for the site's actual terrain rather than best-effort macro coverage. The mesh architecture extends network coverage across a site without trenching fiber to every access point, and Cell-on-Wheels trailers can stand up full-site coverage in hours for sites with no existing infrastructure. Backhaul is flexible by site (wired, wireless, or satellite), and solar-and-battery options support locations without grid power. GXC has field-proven deployments supporting autonomous and teleoperated vehicles, fixed and mobile camera systems, connected personnel, and IoT sensors, all on one network with thousands of users. As fleets, cameras, equipment, and sensors scale, capacity scales with them, without renegotiating public carrier service. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, GXC is a subsidiary of Motive Companies.

Started by Darrell Wilson in 1957, D. Wilson Construction Company (DWCC), began with a vision of bringing personal attention to each project and giving every client the commitment, they deserve. Since the very beginning, we have demonstrated our capability and creativity in the construction field, and as a result, we have proven ourselves to be leaders in our area. Continuously ranked as one of the Top 100 Construction Companies in Texas and Louisiana by ENR Magazine and currently ranked number 79, DWCC continues that tradition of excellence. DWCC is a Texas-based, employee-owned firm with two locations, San Antonio, and McAllen. We employ nearly 65 experienced professionals in the construction industry. Our people are individuals with diverse, yet complimentary professional backgrounds. DWCC is an S-Corporation registered in Texas and is currently owned by the DWCC ESOP Employee Stock Ownership Plan). We run a horizontal organization – our company leadership is involved in every project. Our Principal in Charge (PIC) will be personally responsible for our construction team's contracted services and performance. On all our projects, the Project Manager is the daily liaison between on-site operations, the PIC, and the Owner. The Superintendent is the custodian of the site and is responsible for all construction trades. Our team's three pillars–Operations, Safety, and Project Controls–run independently, and each report directly to the PIC. DWCC employees have experience constructing projects for a variety of markets, including educational, municipal, sports facilities, and retail development. We have the necessary staff to complete the tasks associated with constructing a project such as this.
