Cardella Construction Company invites your firm to submit a proposal for the FSU-InSPIRE AM Building in Panama City Beach near the airport.Cardella has entered into a design build agreement with FSU-InSPIRE to design and construction a 50k square foot pre-engineered metal building.  The building will be a single level, slab on grade, building that is primarily set up for future manufacturing.  There will a small admin space with restrooms, a lobby and a classroom.

The drawings are currently @ 50% completion.  We are requesting schematic pricing based on the information provided to date.  Final drawings are expected September 23rd and will be issued for final proposals.
